All orders are shipped via Royal Mail using their Tracked 48 service which is usually a 2-3 working day service. Once dispatched we will update you with your parcel tracking number. Once your parcel has been collected by Royal Mail we are relying on them to deliver your order in that timeframe. Very occasionally they might take longer to deliver, we unfortunately have no control over that. Due to issues in the past we no longer send orders to freight forwarding companies unfortunately.

Orders for Jersey & Guernsey - we are not currently VAT registered so cannot remove the VAT from your order I am sorry.

Pin badges are shipped in a padded envelope. All other orders are shipped in a cardboard box with bubble wrap and packaging to ensure you receive your item(s) in the best possible condition.

Orders are normally dispatched within 2 working days.
